The space
This 3300 sq ft self-catering contemporary villa was set up with love. Furnished (interior) by the owner himself, there are plenty amenities at your fingertips.

Main space (ground level)
- Full open plan leads to a spacious patio with lounging and dining areas
- Outdoor gas BBQ Grill
- Large patio glass doors and Automatic patio sunshades
- Two (2) exits
- Fully equipped kitchen

The ground level has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath, whilst the lower level has 4 bedrooms with 2 en suite baths and 1 shared bath. Hot water powered by the sun and US, UK and USB charging ports are easily accessible.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am or before (self check-in/out). Should you desire a late check-out and providing no immediate guest arrival, a fee will be incurred. Please indicate prior to arrival.

Communal areas: Communal pool and Fred's Cafe accessible to all guests. Westmorelandhills Gym is accessible by paid membership only.

- Adjacent to Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. Course available for a fee.
- Sandy Lane's Famous Green Monkey and Country Club courses available to non-members for a fee. Query with hosts.
- Massy Supermarket, banking, gas station, restaurants and beach bars are a 7 minute drive
- Bridgetown is a 30 minute drive (with no traffic)
