This newly built contemporary single storey designer home set in 14 acres has 16m of floor to ceiling glass looking over Rudyard Lake on the edge of the Peak District. With 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suites. There is a large raised and lower patio for alfresco dining and a covered hot tub bar area. There is access down to the lake with a kayak and a large games room with Pool Table, Dartsboard & Bar. Alton Towers is just 15miles away.

The space
The property has something for everyone young and old. The property is South facing so gets the sun on it from sun rise to sunset. If you just want to totally switch off, relax and enjoy the fantastic views, walk, cycle or kayak along the Lake which is 1.5 miles long. Set just 150m from the Lake fishing is another option.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property and access down to the lake through the field.

Lakeview accommodates 10 guests only.

•Any breakages , damage or extra cleaning will result in additional charges.

We do monitor the number of vehicles arriving at the property.

We provide each guests with fresh towels and hand soap.

Separate towels for the hot tub need to be self provided.

The spa town of Buxton 15miles, Bakewell & Chatsworth 26 miles. Trafford Centre/Old Trafford/Etihad/ Manchester just 30 miles away. From the house you can walk around Rudyard Lake approx 1.5 hours. The walk along the old railway track to the Royal Oak Pub Takes about 25mins, 10mins on a bike, you don’t have to go on the road at all.
