The Cottage is a lovely 3 bedroom property situated in the quiet village of South Marston. It offers a combination of the unique style and charm of an older property with the same high standard on interior fixtures, fittings and space that characterise many modern properties.

The space
The Cottage boasts 2 double bedrooms (bedroom 1 can be made up as 2 singles upon request) and 1 single bedroom, a family bathroom, a downstairs shower room + toilet, a wonderfully characteristic lounge complete with wood burner and a fully equipped new kitchen/diner complete with dishwasher and washing machine.
There is ample parking directly outside of The Cottage, an enclosed garden with seating area and rural views.

A perfect property for contractors, families or holiday makers

For families or holiday makers visiting, it is worth noting, you are:
A 15 minute drive from South Cerney Water Park & Lakes.
A 18 minute drive, from the lovely town of Cirencester.
A 10 minute drive to Swindon Town Centre (although there are plenty of shops closer at a 2-7minute drive depending on what you are shopping for).

It is also worth exploring Nightingale, St Julian Woods (10 min walk), Stanton Park (2 minute drive), Coate Water (12 minute drive) and Lechlade (15 minute drive)

My Family and I rent out several properties in South Marston Village, Swindon. We have lived in the Village for 32 years. We live next door to the properties we rent, however you wont hear a peep from us, unless of course you need us for anything. we are always on hand to help. We have dogs and chickens onsite, but do not worry if you are not an animal lover, these are kept away from our rentals. We look forward to having you stay with us.
