The Luxe Escape Cottage is all about comfort and luxury. Enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fire, slip into your private spa, or burrow into your super-comfy king bed and count the stars. Appreciate the serenity by day, and the silent solitude by night.

The space
Set amongst quintessential country, picturesque villages and an easy 35-minute drive from Brisbane, this unique cottage will meet all your expectations and more. Ideally perched high on a hill, amongst 70+ acres of natural bushland and elevated to take advantage of the incredible view, guests are guaranteed a magical stay.

Architectural features include an abundance of glass to capture the breathtaking view from every room.

An opulent ensuite, bathed in natural light from the large, double-hung windows and skylight overhead, that includes a deluxe freestanding bath for serial soakers, a double walk-in shower, and floating vanity with stone top and storage.

An open plan kitchen, dining, living area that seamlessly flows on to a spacious, covered, alfresco area which faces the D’Aguilar Range; the perfect spot to witness the brilliant colours of the evening sky whilst enjoying pre-dinner drinks.

Better still, enjoy your sunset champers from your private 2-person heated, outdoor spa. Take a step out of the spa and retreat into the master bedroom which features a luxe king bed, floating bedside tables/desk, full length mirror and large built-in-robe with more than ample storage. The feature privacy wall and floor-to-ceiling chiffon drapes complete a picture of elegance and peacefulness.

To kick start your day, your booking will also include light breakfast provisions for your first morning. These include oven-ready crossaints, ready in under 5 minutes, butter, jam, fresh fruit, milk and orange juice. When booking, please advise of any dietary requirements.

A variety of tea and coffee capsules are complimentary, as well as toiletries and linen slippers because all feet deserve special treatment!


Common Area:

Fire Pit – Our rustic fire pit is available for guests to enjoy. A responsible adult must be present when children 12 or younger are present.

BBQ area – Our BBQ pavilion includes a 4-burner BBQ, a large outdoor timber setting, string lighting and views!


Extended Stay

Guests who book a stay of 3+ nights will receive complimentary provisions for a mini cheeseboard to enjoy on arrival with their complimentary bottle of wine or bubbles!!

Other things to note
Security deposit – No security deposit is payable on booking, however, may be claimed against in the event of, any additional cleaning, stain removal, damage to items /property and additional spa cleaning/drainage or maintenance due to foreign matter/misuse. We understand that accidents happen; it is recommended that we are notified of any situation as soon as possible. Any claim will be made through the Airbnb Resolution Centre and guests will be contacted within 24hrs of checkout.
Security Camera – There is 24/7 monitoring of the access road to the cottage.

Hi there! My name is Nancy and I live on this amazing property, on the outskirts of Brisbane, with my husband, children, and an extended fur/feathered/fleece family! For over a decade now, I've been busy making happy memories with people from all walks of life, as a marriage celebrant. I am passionate about working with the community, caring for my family, and travelling (which doesn't seem to happen a lot). The blueprint for this chapter began in 2016 and we officially (& quietly due to covid) opened in 2020. With whole lot of patience, thousands of hours of hard work and a ton of TLC, we have created this amazing space ready to welcome anyone seeking a little peace and much rest (or adventure) in their life. Start packing, you are in for a wonderful stay!
