This house has just been completely remodeled and is fresh and clean throughout, located in a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Self check-in with a digital combination lock. We supply you with laundry pods, coffee pods sugar & cream, water bottles, and a pastry with your welcome book which lists local stores & restaurants as well as menus.

The space
Our home sits on a nice piece of property. The driveway can park 2 cars side by side. If you’re a boater there’s a space to park that. We kindly ask that you don’t smoke in the house there are ashtrays outside for your convenience.

Guest access
The guest has full access to the house, yard, golf course outback which is not being used you are welcome to walk the course on a morning stroll. If you are a golfer there are plenty of active courses in our area.

Other things to note
The house is equipped with a total of 12 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 6 wash cloths and 4 bath mats. There are 4 beach towels in the laundry room (please do not use the bath towels for the beach) and do not remove any of the towels from the house-you will be charged for missing items.
