Our experience in Paradise Heads was ok. The view from our room was amazing. They allowed us to check in before the allocated time. But we didn't have wifi in our room, only at the reception.

We had a ok stay in Paradise Heads. The room was well presented and the view looking over the lagoon beautiful .only one complaint is that the wall are very slim and all sound can be heard from flat adjacent. our neighbours ringtone would go off every other minute for a good hour at around 5am... so very unfortunate . Appart from that would recommend everyone to stay here

A great place to stay along the garden route. Barbara was very welcoming and it was a perfect stopover after a long day travelling. Thank you.

My review is somewhat tainted by the inaccurate description of the place. I was told that where I would be staying was "a unit...with its own private entrance and deck" (quote from owner's message prior to booking) and the few photos available suggested this too. I was therefore disappointed when I arrived finding that the 'private deck' is an open area shared by all guests which ALSO serves as the only WALKWAY for everyone from the car park to reception. Who knows where the 'private entrance' was. I never saw it! This would have been FINE if I was expecting this, but NOT FINE having been told differently by the owner! It is certainly NOT private and can be noisy at busy times. We were out most of the time so it wasn't too much of an issue for us, thankfully. Also be mindful of the photo of the JACUZZI. It is located adjacent (and in view) to the car park and open deck and not as isolated as the photo makes out. I stayed 3 days and didn't see it in use once. We didn't bother either. There are 2 types of facilities here. One is a self contained/catering unit and the other is individual ensuite rooms. I stayed in one of the rooms so this review only applies to these. Having said all that- the room itself was CLEAN and had all the basic utilities (fridge/toaster/kettle/plates etc) to make the stay comfortable. If you book, CHECK exactly what room/unit you'll be staying in before you confirm.

We stayed at Paradise Heads for 1 night and really enjoyed our short time there as we made our way along the Garden Route. We had a very warm welcoming and were provided with information of things to do in the local area. We had a great view of the lagoon from our balcony and the room was great.

Barbara was lovely and helpful and even upgraded us. The room was spacious and fresh and clean. Wifi would not work in the room. The main problem we had was the noise from the adjoining rooms, it was very disruptive. The walls seem to be very thin.
