This unit is for travelers who wants to have a clean, private and safe place to sleep. Good only for your short term stay. Walking distance to Makati Central Business District.

The space
The place is a homestay apartment building with a studio type unit set up. Most of our units are all occupied by Professionals, Students, Interns & alike who works & studies in Makati . We have some units dedicated to our Airbnb guest.

The unit for our Airbnb guest is very simple and modest room. It is a small private studio room. The unit have a bed _steel frame bed ( bed size 48x75 inches, with bed linens and pillows), 4-inch Uratex foam mattress, air conditioning unit, electric fan, own ( not shared) CR ( with shower and bidet) , small kitchen top, worktable and chair. We also have wi-fi access.

We are fire-safety compliant, as we have installed fire-extinguisher, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, smoke detector and CCTV. We don't allow cooking for fire safety reason as well. We also have a card operated laundry machine for your laundry needs.

Reminder:

We are not charging any cleaning fees, please maintain cleanliness in the studio.

The unit have a weak cellular signal, since it is located at the ground floor of the bldg. Occasional noise can be heard. However, we have a strong Wifi connection.

We are not a motel, not a hotel nor hostel, not an inn nor a staycation. It is a place just alright for you to have a safe and a good place to sleep on your short term stay....... this is to manage your expectation.

What you see is what you get. We will try our very best to accommodate guest request but basically what you see in the uploaded pic is what you get for the price that we set.

In case of power interruption, we don't have any generator.

SEX TOURISM AND PROSTITUTION IS ILLEGAL IN THE PHILIPPINES, otherwise, please go to a motel/inn.

On WIFI Policy:

As a value added service, we do offer FREE WIFI. In order to enjoy uninterrupted or fast internet connection, please avoid downloading /uploading heavy files/data/ movies, video streaming, etc. As our internet bandwidth is good only for either browsing your personal emails or sites. As our subscription is not for heavy internet users.

We know the importance of you being online, that's why we also giving this services for FREE. However, to maintain the BUDGET price that we are giving, we can only offer as much. What we are committing is for you to have a DECENT, CLEAN and a SAFE PLACE to stay on your short term stay.

Neighbourhood highlights

Generally, it is a quiet neighborhood. It is during early morning and late afternoon that we can see most people are in the streets. Beating the rush hour to get to/ and back from their schools or workplaces. These people are mostly professionals, students and working class who opt to stay near the Makati Central Business (MCB), business schools and universities like AIM, FEU, CEU,Assumption College, MAPUA and others.

An hour or two before midnight, some streets in the the area are closed down for any vehicle to pass. Thereby, secluding those who don't live in the neighborhood to enter.
