Our tiny cabin (@TinyCabinGVL on Instagram) is less than 2 miles from downtown Greenville practically in the intersection of 2 major roads, but also located on the edge of over 40 acres of woods with wide gravel trails cut through it (although a little overgrown in the summer). It features a cozy loft, cute porch, hot tub, grill, outdoor dining patio, plenty of privacy, and hosts next door in case you need anything! If you are a Tiny fanatic, check out our builders: Cripple Creek Cabins!

The space
This tiny cabin is an oasis from the hustle and bustle right in the middle of the city. The house has a cozy feel and everything you need. With 5 windows on 3 sides, 3 fans and an air conditioning unit, this small space can also be filled with fresh air from the nearby woods within minutes.

For entertaining a small group, you have a patio surrounded by woods with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining. No parties, but this space can comfortably accommodate 4 adults as long as you are all really close ;-)

Guest access
Guests have private access to the cabin next door to the owners. There is a patio with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining surrounded by woods all for you. The tiny cabin has 5 windows on 3 sides of the house plus a AC unit and overhead fan - meaning that the entire house can be filled with fresh air within minutes.

Other things to note
This house is about 300 wooded feet from a major road overpass that can be noisy at times. It is less noisy on the weekends, but guests who are more sensitive to noise should be aware.

Our tiny house faces the future Swamp Rabbit Trail extension along Laurens Rd. Just one mile from Willy Taco, half a mile from the future Holland Park and the Junction at Downtown Airport - host of Elevation Winery, White Duck Taco, and cozy Cohesive Coffee. We are also a short walk from local cuisine at Kitchen Sync. And walking distance to the University Center on Pleasantburg and the Greenville Convention Center.

I am a semi-retired professional runner and coach who lives and trains in Greenville, SC. I am married to a youth soccer coach who is also an elite level runner, and we have two roommates - a sassy border collie mix and a pit bull mix who thinks everyone is his best friend. My favorite city I've visited is Berlin, and my favorite place I've lived is Greenville. We are very city proud and glad to share tips. When I travel, the most important things to me are quality sleep and coffee. Above all, on the road I'm looking for a great bed and a quiet, relaxed place to stay.
