Interaction with guests
I don't personally lived at the Inn, but I have a manager that does. You can always contact me through Airbnb or call me directly.
We are located in the middle of the wine country, near plenty of wineries and with 4 star restaurants just two blocks away in the plaza. The plaza (a National Historic Landmark) is surrounded by many historical buildings, including the Mission San Francisco Solano, and the Presidio of Sonoma. In the middle of the plaza, is Sonoma's city hall. The plaza is also the location of the Farmer's Market, held every Tuesday in the summer.

My name is Marilyn . I am an elderly but "with it" lady with 4 grown children who live close by me. My interests have mostly to do with my rental "home" such as gardening and crocheting. In my relaxing times I enjoy reading. Tried to get interested in the computer or internet but am not that "with it" A lot of the enjoying times are meeting all the guests that have stayed with me throughout the 20 years I have been taking care of the property. In the early days when my family and I first moved here, we owned the restaurant that is next door. We no longer own it but it is still a very good restaurant. That's one of the great things to do in Sonoma, Try all the great restaurants. In the "Rose Garden Inn" you can walk to all the restaurants and not worry about the wonderful wine you drank and then driving home. I don't live on the property but my son does, If I'm not able to be there to greet the guests then he is there. I enjoy the quietness of the house . You can't believe it is on the highway because there so little noise. I can sit on the porch and read and not be bothered by the traffic.
