Fabulous dog-friendly beach house in Bournemouth, offering stunning sea views and a walking distance to the beach and town center. Perfect for a group of friends, hen parties, birthdays or family get-togethers. We sadly cannot accommodate stags. The house has a large open plan living and dining room with a kitchen as well as a second catering kitchen and a more informal living room on the lower ground floor. Sleeps up to 20 guests as well as 7 en-suite bedrooms.

Please note that bunk beds are a combination of single and triples - ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements for families, friends and hen groups.

Please contact us for a quote if you are booking for more than 16 guests. There is an additional cost of **£75 per person per night** for extra guests (including use of the sofa bed). If you are a group of 16 or less and would like the sofa bed made up, please request this in advance; a further fee of **£75 per person per night** will apply.
Guest access
We have a lockbox in the porch to collect keys. Please note should you require assistance from our housekeeper there will be a £25 call out fee.
There is some free street parking and a car park at the end of the road (3 mins walk) that charges £12 for 24 hours with electric charging points. We are able to book anything that you might need during your stay - shopping delivery, private chef, beauticians etc.
