We had a great 3 night stay at Stef's place. He was incredibly helpful organising arrival and provided information on the city and surrounding areas, as well as providing breakfast treats and myki cards in the apartment. The apartment itself was extremely spacious, the pictures do not do it justice, and it was lovely being able to sit out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. It was a pleasant walk into town, close to bars and close to a tram stop and the skybus for getting around. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Stef and Anna are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Stef was very good at communicating via text messages and responded immediately to any enquiries. The apartment was spotlessly clean and, as described, in a very quiet part of StKilda. Public transport is within easy walking distance and you can travel to any part of Melbourne by tram, bus or train. The Skybus travels to StKilda from the airport and it is a short walk from the Fitzroy Street stop to the apartment ($18 e.w.) we stayed for one month and were quite sad to be leaving.

Stef's place was clean and cosy. Stef was great with communication from our time of booking and throughout our stay. He provides a print out with food suggestions and transport tips, which we found was helpful. The accommodation is on a quiet street. We stayed here during Australian open it was a 20mins uber ride to Melbourne Park from his home. We would recommend staying here, thank you Stef!

Stef was really very helpful and accommodating (he let us check in before the official time as we had tickets to the Australian Open, gave us great breakfast recommendations). The place was great, great location and was perfect for our short stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend.

Dalgetty Street was everything that was described and ideal for our purposes of visiting family nearby. Stef was incredibly quick at answering our initial queries from England and equally quick in helping us when we landed. Their administration was excellent and their instructions clear. It is a delightful apartment built in the 1930s with original features. Shops are very close as are the tram stops. Restaurants and coffee bars abound, the coffee bars are open from around 07:00 in the morning. Coffee bars have free WiFi which the apartment does not have at the moment. Thoroughly recommended, Stef and Ana are very good, attentive hosts.

Lovely apartment, very light and airy. Great location, near to St Kilda centre but nice and quiet. All the facilities you require for a comfortable stay. Stef was a really helpful host and even let us store bags as we had a late flight. Thanks Stef!
