Here you live in the middle of nature, but not so far from densely populated areas. A lovely place for the outdoorsy but also families with children.
The space is quiet, low-traffic, and offers a calm that many are looking for. (You don't need to look anymore)
In the summer, the sun comes up at 4 am over the ridge, and lasts all day until approx. 8:30 pm. Then it disappears behind the hill at the house
