In the basement is a snooker/pool room and large kitchen and dining area, with access to a mature, good-sized rear garden.
The house is situated on the lower slopes of Clifton, within 2 minutes walk of boutique shopping, cosy bars and excellent restaurants. Within 15 minutes walk of the City Centre, Bristol Harbourside, Park Street and the University of Bristol. Balcony views over to Ashton Court and deer park and easy access to Wales, the Cotswolds and the Mendips.
Bristol Temple Meads railway station, Bristol Coach station and Bristol Airport all within 20 minutes drive.
Water taxi into City Centre from bottom of road, takes 8 minutes.
Resident parking only, but we have vouchers for your vehicles.
You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the Study.
