Room 3 is one of four private rooms in this welcoming home and offers the comfort of a personal suite paired with access to well-organized shared amenities. Tucked away on a quiet little street yet just minutes from the University of Texas at Arlington and Arlington’s major hospitals, it’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel right at home.
Your private room includes a plush queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a medium-sized fridge (bigger than a mini fridge, but not full-sized), a microwave, two spacious closets, and a large sunny window that fills the room with warm natural light. You’ll also have your own private restroom, fully equipped for comfort, with two sinks, a separate toilet area, and a shower. To make your stay even smoother, we provide a complimentary starter kit of hygiene essentials for all guests.
In the beautifully organized shared area, you’ll have access to a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a toaster oven, large conventional oven, stovetop, microwave, full-sized fridge, blender, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils. Each guest has their own designated shelves and storage space, making it easy to keep personal items neat and separate. There’s also a shared dining room where you can enjoy meals, study, work, or unwind.

We are a quiet and peaceful community, making our spaces ideal for students, professors, nurses, medical professionals, and long-term travelers who value calm and comfort. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM–5 AM, and we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise inside their rooms and in any shared spaces.
Shared Spaces Etiquette
Guests have access to the kitchen, dining area, and backyard. Please clean up after each use and keep shared spaces tidy. Each guest is assigned specific shelves or storage areas for their personal items to ensure everyone has an organized and comfortable experience.
Security & Cameras
For the safety of all guests, exterior security cameras are present on the property. There are no cameras indoors. Please lock all doors when entering or exiting.

Free and plentiful parking is available. Some homes offer a limited number of covered parking spots on a first-come, first-served basis. All properties are located on well-lit, safe residential streets.

All rooms and units are professionally cleaned between each stay. Guests are expected to keep their own space tidy and to leave shared areas clean after each use. Shared areas are deep-cleaned bi-monthly by hosts to maintain a comfortable and sanitary environment for everyone.
