Updated with new wood floor, quartz counter top, modern stainless steel appliances, complete kitchen with wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and more. Free WiFi and cable, a 50 inch HD TV with Bose surround sound. A modern bathroom with a fully enclosed shower. Queen size bed with cable TV in bedroom.

The space
This is a newly remolded loft with one dedicated parking space on premises for one vehicle and additional off street parking with in feet. The loft has full interactive smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguishers. There is a coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, iron and clothes steamer. The loft also has pots, pans, cooking utensils, knifes silverware and glasses. Provided in the loft is salt, pepper, spices, pan spray and coffee k cups. We are pet friendly for cats and dog less then 3o lbs. Other pets please inquire. A refundable pet deposit is required.

This loft is on the second floor of the building, there are 25 steps to get up to it. This is a downtown loft, in the center of Downtown Marietta. So please be aware that there is night life, and day life directly outside, particularly on weekend. There is a cat and a dog in another loft and we are pet friendly for an additional fee

The loft is located with in 100 feet of the Marietta Harbor. The harbor has boat rental, kayak rental, bicycle rental, boat fuel and over night boat docking with water and electric. There is a 10 miles jogging and bicycle path 50 feet outside the door. The path traverses thru the city park, along the Muskingham and Ohio rivers. The neighbor hood is safe and well lit . The loft is with in walking distance of restaurants, snack bars, coffee shop, , bowling alley, Historic Peoples Bank Theater, Valley Gem Stern Wheeler, bars, Tropical Oasis Hookah Lounge, antique stores and more. There are two golf courses within 5 miles and an addition three more with in 15 miles.

I am an out going relaxed person and love to travel. I was born and raised in Plymouth Mass. Marianella came from Chile some time ago and still has that wonderful Latin accent, my mi amore! She is the head of the Airbnb and I would have it no other way. As a host.... you will find the apartment to be impeccably decorated with all the modern conveniences . As a guest....... We know what cleanliness and respect is and expect the same.
