Modern-Up Luxury Home Stay is something unique in structure as well as functionality – it’s more like a hotel and you are bound to be delighted at its incredibly stand-apart design. As soon as you enter you’ll be greeted with a gallery instead of a living room. The gallery is decorated with stylish chairs you can sit on and a woodsy wall work with flora decorations provide a sight to behold – the four bedrooms are situated along with the gallery adjacently, opposite each other.
The space
All the bedrooms have all your living and comfort requirements, with two of the bedrooms have attached kitchens to them – the kitchens are stocked with everything you need to make your own meals, from cooking utensils to cutlery. Whipping up piping hot meals at your convenience can be taken on or you can use our chef service to make dishes for you to savor at your liking.
All four bedrooms have bathrooms attached to them. The attached bathrooms are fitted with showers and have a modern and sophisticated design for them. The colour theme of our Modern-Up Luxury Service Home Stay IS off-white splashed by warm brown and earthy tones that give the house a mesmerising glow. Every nook and cranny are well lit and is bright and inviting. The furnishing is in itself modern and serves as both for function and decoration purposes.
Guest access
It’s located in Borivali East, Mumbai. The location is strategic with the railway station in the walkable distance while the airport is just fifteen kilometers away.
Caretaker OR chef is available at the property 24*7 compulsory for your need,he will stay in their own kitchen which is present outside of the rooms
If you wish to have some delightful meal and snacks please feel free to tell about your requirement. he will prepare according to your taste & preference.
For Complimentary breakfast, you have to tell your choice of breakfast from menu card to caretaker a night before so he will prepare fresh in morning and serve you hygienic home-cooked food.
For foreign clients please tell the chef about your taste so he will prepare accordingly because breakfast that our chef serves is Indian breakfast according to Indian taste.
Other things to note
I just wanted to remind you that throwing a party or having a get-together is not allowed in our apartment. We also ask that you refrain from playing loud music, screaming, or disturbing our neighbours. It's important that we all respect each other's space and privacy.
This place is exclusively for Business and Family travellers who wish to have a second home in Mumbai City.
If any inappropriate behaviour or violation of our House Rules is observed, we may have to politely refuse your booking. In addition, please note that our management team reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they have already checked in and are not following the rules.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer any refunds in such cases.
Lastly, I'd like to remind you that only personal bags are allowed on the premises. Please refrain from bringing boxes, cartons, sacks, or furniture with you. Our apartments are not meant to be used as godowns, and we do not allow the storage of materials or goods. If you do need to store something, please reach out before your arrival to inquire about third-party godown availability and charges.
