Our house is by no means a party house, we have nearby neighbors and due to the location is very quiet at night. Our home is perfect for guests who are looking for a serene time instead of a place to get together to party.

Adult-like/ family get togethers are ok, just no loud music or party-like situations.

We would love to host anybody as long as they are respectful.

Great for family or small groups who want to be in a quiet neighborhood to enjoy the house and mountain views. We have an outside patio which is perfect to see the sun set and relax. Private parking for up to 2 cars if arranged in advance, otherwise 1 private parking space is a given.
