The space
The house is located on the ground floor, with a shared entrance to the building, and a private entrance to the house. The entire garden is illuminated during the evening and night, making the atmosphere even more welcoming. The entire accommodation and outdoor spaces are all covered by an excellent free Wi-Fi network.

- A small but comfortable kitchen with everything close at hand. Equipped with dishwasher, built-in oven and refrigerator, ventilated hood, coffee machine, dishes, basic cooking facilities (pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, sugar, waffles, water), plastic plates and glasses.

- The lovely bedroom is equipped with a super comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a mirror to check any outfit. Additional pillows and blankets are provided for fall and winter stays.

- The small bathroom is complete with hairdryer, cleaning services and essential services. Towels are provided on the day of check-in and cannot be replaced.

- A large and flowery front courtyard, shared if necessary with another accommodation in b&b formula. A great way to meet new people and new stories! The outdoor area is equipped in spring and summer with chairs and deck chairs, excellent for making aperitifs or sunbathing in the open air. The space also allows children to play and have fun in peace, away from risks. In this way, parents can also be more relaxed. The garden is the undisputed land of Masha, our cat. Very affectionate but at the same time territorial.

The house enjoys a UNIQUE position of its kind. Located 150 meters from the sea and less than 50 meters from the Pineta D'Annunziana nature reserve park, it is far from traffic noise. Near the house there are: bars, ice cream parlors, tobacconists, newsagents, refreshment points, church, bakery, grocery and post office.
