Great apartment situated in the heart of Trento hills in a landmark building. A stunning place with the charm of Trento walk up! You will get all what you need in this clean and design apartment, big space and a large library.
The tastefully decorated and well furnished bedroom has a new sealy brand king sized bed and an amazing stereo Hi-Fi system. The design bed has glass support so it seems to "float" in the air.
The villa is located in the most upscale hill above Trento, a few minutes drive from the city center, immersed in a huge (ca. 10.000 mq) vineyards estate. It's located a few minutes away from highway exits.
You need a car/bike in order to get to the villa, since it is about 1 km from the nearest bus station.

★Check in/Check out★ Flexible except when there are guests arriving and departing on the same day and ample time needs to be allowed between guests for cleaning. I am almost always able to accommodate travel schedules.
Guest are always met at the apartment either by myself or a my relatives upon arrival and given a tour and keys. I always send a very detailed email a few days before arrival with directions and everything you will need to make your stay at the loft a wonderful experience!
Please note that a car is need to get to the villa, since it is located in a hill above Trento (5 km) and immersed in a huge estate property.

PLEASE NOTE: I have on many occasions experienced problems with this sites email system. I am very responsive to all communications' If you do not get a reply in a few hours, please send another message, most likely I did not receive your requests.
Other things to note
I am often asked what the total cost will be. When you make an inquiry, Airbnb calculates the total price for you including any extras, such as fees, based on your travel dates and the amount of people you are traveling with. Airbnb charges guests a booking fee that varies in percentage and I have no information about how they determine it so I cannot give you an accurate total cost.
Please rely on the total cost that the website automatically calculates for you.
Airbnb handles all payments and once you make a reservation, they hold the money and do not release it to hosts until a day after the guest arrives. The nightly rate for the apartment can vary by season, demand and availability and is shown in the calendar.
This apartment has been my home for almost 10 years and I am so happy to share it with guests who appreciate and respect it.
The most important thing is to treat the loft the same way you would treat a friend’s home that you are visiting.
No shoes permitted indoors. Absolutely no smoking in the apartment (you have 5,000 square meters garden to smoke anyway).
Only guests included in your confirmed reservation are permitted to be in the loft and absolutely no parties. Anything that deviates from this rule should be stated when you make your reservation. If all travelers are not arriving and/or leaving together, please make sure I am aware of the different itineraries.
Complete names and ages of all guests is required.
The person making the reservation is considered the responsible party and must be present for check in. If this is not possible, please let me know the details before you make a reservation.
Please provide me with your flight/travel information as soon as you know it so your check in and check out go as smoothly as possible. I do my best to accommodate the travel schedules of all guests. Any changes to check in/check out schedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
The security deposit is a hold by Airbnb against your payment method 48 hours before your trip and it is released 48 hours after you depart. If you break a glass or drop a plate or something rips , this does not mean you won't get your security deposit back. So if something minor breaks, please tell me so I can be sure that if something needs to be repaired or replaced, it can be done before the next guest arrives.
