Number 14 Margate Gardens is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. It is located in a quiet corner of the secure, gated community with beautiful tropical gardens and swimming pool.

The space
The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan living, dining and kitchen area as well as a lovely outside patio area. Just outside your door there are beautiful, tropical gardens with a lovely refreshing pool in the centre for you to use. The complex is a beautiful, safe little haven where each apartment is private but there is also a community, friendly feel to the place.
This non smoking apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family. It can sleep up to 5 people, the additional person would be sleeping on a roll away bed or blow up mattress. Prices are all based on 4 people staying so there would be an additional cost per night for the 5th person.

Guests will have access to the swimming pool with lounge chairs as well as the beautiful gardens.

Guests will be given detailed self check in instructions. I am also on hand should they have any questions or problems that I can help them with.

Margate Gardens is directly across the road from the beach and the boardwalk where you can stroll along and watch the sun set before enjoying a drink at one of the many restaurants and bars. A leisurely ten minute walk brings you to the famous Rockley (or Accra) Beach, one of the best beaches in the West Indies. There are also many other local amenities within walking distance like banks, shopping, small grocery store, Laundromat and much more.

The apartment is very centrally located and there are many buses that pass on the main road out front.

The full apartment which includes a washer and dryer as well as the grounds and shared swimming pool.

Other things to note
As with most self catering on the island we provide you with toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags etc to start you off and then you would need to get more if it is required.

AC in the bedrooms is included in the rate- if the AC in the living room is required then we would need 24 hours notice (not including sundays/bank holidays) and there is a $15 USD per night fee to use it.
