The space
Apartment located over sea in the best residental area in Split . From apartment is beautiful view on the port, yacht club and islands.Lower window beside the sofa serves as a small terrace, where you can drink your morning coffee with a beautiful view of the islands.
It is located in a quite street among pine trees in park Marjan. Apartment is 5-10 minutes walking distance from the centre of Split (250m ) and 10 minute walk from a very popular beach, swimming pool and a yacht club ACI.
Apartment have two bedroom (1 with double bed 1,6x2m and 1 with one bed 0,9x2m , dining room,with kitchen, bathroom with toillete, , area 55 m2. Whole place have air conditioning .
It's sunny south side, Marjan Forest Park is green oasis and a recreational center of the city. It is a perfect place for biking, jogging and other outside activities. It is the setting for numerous beaches and jogging trails as well as tennis courts and the city ZOO , all surrounded by the scenic forest.
