• 2,195 Sqft 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath cabin with all the comforts of home and panoramic mountain views
• Primary bedroom suite with king-sized bed, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, lounge chairs, deck access, and private bathroom with soaking tub, shower, and bath amenities
• Second bedroom suite with king-sized bed (can be split into two twin beds), flatscreen TV, lounge chairs, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, workstation, private exterior entrance allowing the room to function as a separate space if desired, and private bathroom with shower and bath amenities
• Third bedroom suite with king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, lounge chairs, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, workstation, and private bathroom with shower and bath amenities

Indulge in miles of hiking and biking trails, 900 acres for horseback riding with Brasada Trails, award-winning 18-hole Brasada Canyons Golf Course, relaxing treatments at Spa Brasada, inspired seasonal farm-to-table dining at two on-site restaurants led by Executive Chef Karl Holl, and a variety of curated events and activities throughout the year.

Other things to note
Resort Policies
Taxes: Oregon does not have a state sales tax, but it does have hotel taxes; the county’s hotel tax is 8.5% and the state’s hotel tax is 1.5% of the total reservation value (not including taxes or fees).
Pets: Certain Resort Managed Cabins* are dog friendly. The associated fee, per dog, is $30 per night. There is a limit of two dogs per cabin.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested by calling us.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the Resort Managed Cabins* and all Guests should be aware of the high fire danger throughout our Resort and Central Oregon.

* Resort Managed Cabins
The Resort Managed Cabins are managed by the resort, Brasada Ranch. Guests of the Resort Managed Cabins receive priority use of the resort’s amenities and services (e.g., trail rides, golf, restaurants, bike/toy rentals, fitness classes, etc.), as well as proper resort services including arrival welcome and resort overview, regular hot tub service, and more. The total price quoted includes all taxes and resort fees; nothing, therefore, should be a surprise.
If you are considering a non-Resort Managed Cabin, please ensure the Owner or property manager includes or is covering the necessary fees for you to access the resort’s amenities (up to $65 per person per day, required for each day of your stay (e.g., four Guests staying for four nights = 4 x 4 x $65 = $1,040) and room taxes paid to the County and State (currently 10% in total). Guests of non-Resort Managed Cabins are provided space available use of the resort’s amenities and services. The resort is not responsible for the non-Resort Managed Cabins’ housekeeping or maintenance. Golf tee times for guests of non-Resort Managed Cabins are not guaranteed; tee times are provided on a space available basis after 3:00pm at non-preferred rates.
