Looking for a mountain getaway with a relaxing hot tub?! This private apartment is located within walking distance of Barber's Orchard in beautiful Waynesville, NC. Right down the road is the Blue Ridge Parkway, which is an excellent place for hiking, picnics, cycling, and motorcycle riding. Go for a beer in downtown Waynesville, only 7 miles away or enjoy experiences in Asheville, 36 miles away. Maggie Valley-15 miles. Cherokee-30 miles. Gatlinburg-65 miles. No pets. No smoking.

The space
The apartment is located on the bottom level of the house, but completely separated for your privacy. Aside from the 180 degree view of the mountains, you'll enjoy the large reclining sofa and large TVs if you'd rather be inside. The deck is big enough for people to lay out to tan. You'll be provided soap, shampoo, towels, linens, and detergent.

There is one queen bed, but there is a futon that folds into a bed, and an inflatable bed.

No kitchen per say, but there is a dining table, deep sink, fridge, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig, and toaster. There’s also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

No smoking or pets. I reserve the right to charge a $200 cleaning fee for violations of either of these policies.

The hot tub is cleaned professionally every week. I reserve the right to charge a $100 drain fee after your stay if the maintenance guy deems it unsuitable for the next guest.

The neighborhood is quiet and you'll see llamas and sheep in the pasture across the street. Barber's Orchard is within walking distance. Great location for cyclists, as it is paved and across from the parkway!
