The West Wing is a private, self-contained cottage, attached to our home in secluded rural Norfolk. It has two bedrooms, one with king sized bed, en suite shower & wc. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which convert to a super-king zip and link bed. There is a separate second shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting/dining room with TV, DVD player and electric wood-burner comfortably seats 4.

The space
Attached to our barn conversion, the cottage is set well back from the road and there is off-street parking for two cars, a small lawn with a picnic table & a charcoal barbecue.
Two well-behaved medium sized dogs are very welcome (but not in bedrooms, please). Charge £15 per stay per dog. Please advise in advance.
The award winning cottage is beautifully equipped with crisp white cotton sheets and fluffy towels. We want guests to feel properly at home so lots of extras are included.

Where you’ll be

Little Cressingham, England, United Kingdom

Little Cressingham is a very small village , with a population of around 100 people. It is very rural, quiet and peaceful. The nearest pub is about 2 miles away, and a range of shops can be found in Watton, about 4 miles away. We are opposite an abandoned wind and water mill which has grounds open for a visit. There is always masses of wildlife to see at all times of the year, including brown hares, barn owls, weasels, stone curlew and lots of waterfowl on the river just outside the fence. We accept dogs for a small fee paid direct to the owner.

I have lived here with husband Chris for 18 years. We have two lovely labradors Cara and Grace and some hens who usually lay you a few eggs. I take pride in giving guests the little extras that help make a cottage a real home from home.

During your stay

We will usually be on hand to greet you on arrival, then will leave you to enjoy your stay. If we happen to be out when you arrive, we will make arrangements to leave a key in a locked keysafe.
