This is a really quirky property situated on our farm, only a short drive from London. Total privacy offered in beautiful rural surroundings with lovely views. The space has been recently renovated to give a lovely romantic feel. There is a cosy electric wood burner lookalike stove which keeps the space warm.

The space
The space comprises one bedroom, with a king size double bed, accessed by a ladder type staircase (so not suitable for children or adults with walking difficulties). The rest of the property is all open plan and airy with parking outside. The kitchen is well equipped and DIY Breakfast including Bacon, Eggs, Orange Juice and Croissants will be provided.

There is a small fenced garden around the property which guests can enjoy. Also outside garden seating and bbq.

Guest access
Guests can access the cottage and a small garden around it. The garden is fenced with a gate. Parking is provided by the gate. The Bothy is located on our farm Borough Farm and you will need to come in via some remote control gates which have Borough Farm written on them. The gates are operated by pressing a blue button on a post which is well signed.

Other things to note
I have recently installed WiFi during the last lockdown. No central heating but the space is well insulated with two electric fires. One of which is a lookalike wood burner which makes it feel very cosy.
