Woodlands, a well furnished and equipped property, commanding spectacular sea views and is set on a resort with a climate mild enough to attract visitors all year round. This Grade II listed Victorian villa was built in 1842 and boast a 1/3 of an acre walled garden. This is a well-loved holiday home rather than a chic modern property with all the mod-cons, so if you are searching for the latter this may well not be for you !

The space
Entrance hall. Living room with coal-effect gas fire and French doors to conservatory and garden. Dining room. Well-equipped modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and oak parquet floor. Utility/laundry room. Bathroom with over bath shower, bidet and toilet. First floor: Three double bedrooms, one with balcony. Two Bathrooms with over-bath shower, bidet and toilet. Second floor: One room with two single beds, One room with one single bed, both with wash basins.

Guest access
All aspects of the property are accessible. Ventnor town is just down the hill (approx 5 mins walk). There is ample parking with space on the main drive and also a hard standing up to the rear left of the house

Other things to note
For formal dining, the Royal Hotel, where Queen Victoria occasionally took afternoon tea, is just 200 yards away. Only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach, with its small boat slipway and haven, and close to the heart of town - where promenade pubs serve locally caught fresh fish dishes, it is perfectly placed for an Island holiday.
