We are dedicated to the full satisfaction of our guests and pride in the cleanliness of our home! Our home has the best quality furniture and mattresses. It is equipped to make you feel at home!

Bathrooms:
One roll of toilet paper, one shampoo and conditioner per bathroom.

Kitchen:
one roll of paper towels, sponge and dish soap.

Pool:
Pool can be heated for a daily $35.00 fee. It must stay on during your entire reservation once it has been turned on. Pool and spa heat at the same time. Pool and spa will reach a maximum 95 degrees farenheit dependent on weather conditions. Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated since it can take up to 24 hrs to heat. Pool heating is non refundable.

Other things to note
Please take care of our home. We will charge for items damaged.

We provide linens and towels (8) per house occupancy. Please do not use bath towels to clean or dye hair. We will charge a $10.00 dollar fee for any towel damaged and a $50.00 fee for any damaged linens.
