The space
“Above the waves - Falmouth Beachouse” is a truly unique, quiet and relaxing East Coast Tasmanian retreat set up with the comforts of home. With untouched and picturesque views of the Ocean, you can nearly touch the waves, coupled with the sound of breaking waves, it really is the most idyllic ocean retreat for a single or couple. It is a place to relax and reconnect with the sea and nature.
I feel fortunate to live in this special place and I look forward to sharing my retreat with other like minded people. Falmouth was the first coastal settlement of Tasmania, and is now a small village with a beautiful lagoon, surf beach and coastal walking track to enjoy.

Other things to note
This cosy retreat has the most special feel and will revive your love for nature and the sea.
It has a composting toilet (Tasmanian Certified) and is on rain water.
