Welcome to Mabel’s Cottage located in the heart of Historic Waxahachie better know as the Gingerbread City. From the moment you arrive you will think you are at home. The home is located just blocks from our downtown square and less than a mile from SAGU. Enjoy the beauty of our Gingerbread City on walks down Main Street or right from the side patio while having coffee.

This home has been fully updated featuring both Vintage and Modern decor.

The space
The 1950’s Ranch has 3 bedrooms which includes a luxurious master suite with a king size bed, private bathroom and sitting area. The other two bedrooms have a full size bed and 2 single beds. You will enjoy the fully updated kitchen with dining area, a large comfy living room and side patio for sitting outside.
