This quaint apartment home is about five miles east of Bloomington and the IU Campus on Hwy 446. The property borders Hoosier National Forest and adjoins 8 miles of hiking trails, with just a short trek to Lake Monroe and a mile to Paynetown SRA.

The living room has a wall of windows that looks out over the woods. A bright and airy kitchen w/ all major appliances is off of the living room. An interesting bedroom with a dormer and a large bathroom/ laundry room complete the home.

The Pate Hollow trails are just a few steps away. Lake Monroe is a mile to the south and the beautiful Indiana University Campus is less than fifteen minutes away!

Pate Hollow trails in Hoosier National Forest are a short walk away. We are one mile to Lake Monroe. Guests just a quick minute away from the Scenic View restaurant, the Trailhead Pizza and the Fishin' Shedd bait, tackle, grocery and lunch counter and Lake Monroe Boat Rental.

I live on the property with my husband, Ralph and our dog Bowzer and cat Flynn. Our house is adjacent to the Treehouse apartment. Our property is on edge of the Hoosier National Forest, but just a quick 15 minute drive to Bloomington and the Indiana University campus. We enjoy hiking, boating, camping and friends. We love this area and we hope you love it too!
