Come stay at our beautiful three-bedroom and two and a half bathroom townhouse in a great neighborhood. The home is fully furnished with an open floor plan. It features a fireplace and updated bamboo flooring. Our place is close to major highways, restaurants, stores, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. We are also close to Atrium Health and Novant Health. Let our place be your home away from home! We are easily accessible if there is anything you need during your stay.

The space
Our three-bedroom townhome has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 futon bed/couch and two sofas. We have a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig to enjoy coffee in the morning. Roku TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi! The home features modern lighting, fixtures, and bamboo flooring. We also have a small backyard patio to enjoy the outdoors. Ample storage in the house makes it ideal for long-term guests. Please note access to our garage is not permitted. The bathrooms are accessible from the master bedroom, as well as via the hall.

An in-unit washer and dryer are provided, along with a starter supply of detergent.

In addition to our normal thorough cleanings using our extensive checklist, we've implemented a detailed disinfection protocol for all of our residences including common areas, including:

Remote controls
Light switches
Lamp switches
Doorknobs
Stair railings
Key lockboxes
Cabinet handles and knobs
Miniblind wands
Appliance handles
All countertops
All tabletops and other surfaces
All bathroom fixtures and handles
All faucets
All hard-surfaced furniture

We're using the extra-hot cycle for laundry and dishes and have eliminated same-day check-ins to ensure we have enough time to properly clean and disinfect the house.

There will also be antibacterial soap in the home along with a supply of disinfecting wipes for use during your stay.

Guest access
You can check-in anytime after 4pm by using the keyless entry pad located on the front door. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
