Horse Park Hideaway is the perfect escape for those seeking a tranquil getaway set in the beautiful unspoilt Lancashire countryside.

The cabin is beautifully furnished sleeping up to 4. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an accessible wetroom. The cabin is heated and has a Log burner. A private hot tub lets you relax and let the working week fade away.

The space
The Cabin is beautifully furnished in an industrial chic vibe. It will sleep up to 4 with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request, complete with luxury bedding.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, hob and a microwave for cooking your basic meals and you can use a disposable bbq outside! You can dine on the breakfast bar in the kitchen, or outside on the large outdoor seating area which lets you enjoy outdoor dining.

The large accessible wetroom is fully tiled and has a shower, toilet and sink. A shower chair and toilet handrails are available on request.

The cabin is heated with an electric heater and has a Log burner which keeps the cabin toasty during the winter months.

Outside you will find the large private hot tub in which you can let the working week fade away. It is covered so can be enjoyed in all weathers. In the enclosed garden there is a fire pit where you can toast marshmellows into the evening while your dog plays without being able to escape :)

The cabin sits in the most quiet and tranquil setting, there is a lots of outdoor space to explore and for children to play.

Neighbourhood highlights

Pilling is a rural Parish with a small population. You will find one local shop with post office which provides all your every day essentials and further in the village there is the wonderful pilling pottery. If you enjoy walks there are plenty. You can walk around the Village, being careful as the roads are narrow and there isn't always a pavement, you can spot the 2 churches and the old windmill. Just down the other end of Horse Park Lane and short walk down Lancaster road you will find the amenity area where you can enjoy a picnic looking out over the bay. Also a short drive through the village you can find Pilling Sands. Here you can walk either along the seawall which will take you all the way to Knott End or when the tide is out you can walk across the sands to find the sea.

SHE AND HE… A little about us… I am Caroline and together with my partner Josh, we are the owners of Horse Park Hideaway. We were both lucky enough to spend our childhoods growing up surrounding the beautiful countryside that Horse Park Hideaway is set in.We met as teenagers and started our family in a mobile home on Horse Park Lane. It wasn’t the most conventional start to our family life but starting our family surrounded by the most breath-taking views was more than we could have hoped for. As our family started to grow further with our little pup Fern and a second baby on the way we decided we needed a little more space, although it was a hard decision as for more space inside we had to sacrifice the amazing outdoor space we had become accustomed too and loved. We love the outdoors, our favourite thing on the weekend is to pack up the van and go exploring. We love anything from walking in the near by hills, exploring local trails, and the boys love watersports, another plus of the local area is that we are so close to the Lake District. We wanted to combine our passions and love for the outdoors along with Josh’s skills and talents and we wanted to have something that was our own! We felt that our business would be perfect if we started our dream where we started our family. It felt perfect as it was a full circle!
