This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Charming studio apartment with beautiful ocean view on 3rd floor of small complex. Bedroom , bathroom, balcony , sitting area , pantry Resident care taker. Linen and weekly cleaning provided. Excellent location- 5 minute walking distance to super markets (Food City and Keels), restaurants (see below), shopping plazas (Liberty Plaza, Crescat Plaza), banks & ATMs, police station, US embassy. 1 minute walk to Marine Drive promenade and 5 minute walk to Galle Face Green ocean promenade.

The space
Would ideally suit young overseas intern doing an assignment in Colombo.
There is no lift in the premises - will not suit a guest who is unable to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor.
