The space
OUTSIDE:
Sunny garden facing the sea, fully enclosed with lawn and sheltered terrace with garden table and chairs for 8 and BBQ

GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen: large architect-designed, eat-in kitchen with French doors to garden and views of the pier and the sea.
Large dining table, electric hob and double oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, small TV
door to:
Sun Room: sunny hexagonal sitting room with extensive views of the sea and the pier
Twin Bedroom: spacious bedroom with a view across St James’s Green to the sea
Shower Room with toilet and washbasin
Utility room with sink, washing machine and drying rack

Guests with mobility problems or who prefer not to use the stairs can keep to the ground floor, using the sun room as a sitting room. There are only two small steps into the house and no steps into the garden.

Other things to note
Accessibility: There is a twin bedroom and a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. Although the main sitting room is on the first floor the sun room off the kitchen is a lovely place to sit with great sea views. Anyone who has trouble with stairs has only two small steps to enter the house. Please note that the stairs to the two double bedrooms on the top floor are quite steep but they are wide with a handrail on one side and a wall on the other.
