This modern cottage is set on a bluff overlooking the bay and is great for your quiet romantic or family trip in all seasons. Minutes from I 95. Great fishing, restaurants, antiquing, cinema, tax free shopping, bicycling, hiking, Elk Neck State Park and casinos all within 15 miles of the house. Fully equipped kitchen. All clean linens and towels provided. Open floor plan. Lovingly appointed. High ceilings, lots of local art. Huge front deck, patio in rear. Private beach 5 min walk down street.

The space
**We now have a hot tub!!**

Funky, cozy, chic and relaxing. Lots of space to hang out either inside the cottage or outside on the large front deck, or in the backyard by the chimenea. Great collection of art from our national and international travels (each piece has a story-feel free to ask!). HUGE windows allow a gorgeous view of nature from every location in main living space (winter boasts unobstructed views of the water from inside and outside the cottage, and summer allows for partial views of the water through the tress). The sunsets are unbeatable!

Open floor plan. Brand new hardwood floors throughout, freshly painted, new furniture, all new appliances (fridge/freezer with craft ice cubes!, oven range/stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer).

Great house for staying in all weekend, and comfortable beds (Tempurpedic and Purple) if you spend your time exploring the surrounding area and only come back to sleep.

There is a quaint beach at the end of the road with a boat ramp for smaller boats, seasonal pier, and pavilion, and another community seasonal pier halfway down the road for lying out, swimming (sandy bottom), and enjoying the surroundings. Beach towels are provided.

Lots of games and books for rainy days. Thoroughly clean with attention to detail. Gas fireplace for autumn and winter visitors. Brand new gas grill outside. Two private bedrooms, one with a king bed (Purple Hybrid) and the other with a queen (Tempurpedic). In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Refrigerator full of condiments, kitchen full of pots and pans and small appliances. Bathroom has soaking tub and shower equipped with toiletries.

The charming town of North East is just a 7 mile drive from the cottage - lots of good restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, ice cream and more! Elk Neck State Park is a 10 minutes drive - lots of places to enjoy nature - hiking, etc.! There are also many wineries/vineyards in the area to explore!

Red Point was founded in the 1920s as a resort community situation on the Chesapeake Bay, located about 10 minutes off I-95 between Baltimore and Philadelphia. Historic North Easy Main Street is about 6 miles away, full of restaurants, bars, antique stores, once cream and more!
