The space
Upon arrival, you’ll instantly be charmed by the quaint studio nestled in this magical Sedona Sanctuary. The expansive windows stream in natural sunlight, illuminating the open living space, creating a bright and airy feel. Open the double french doors for fresh air to flow in.

Prepare a meal together using the grill outside or the air fryer, convection cooktop, or microwave, in the kitchen. Head outside to the patio for an al fresco experience.

As the evening comes to an end, retreat back inside your cozy studio and crawl under the covers of the plush queen-sized bed. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the patio before heading out for the day.

Guests have sole access to the cottage, but not to the main house.

Parking is at the top of the ramp on the RIGHT side of the main house.

Check out is 10 a.m.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
