Our apartment was built in 2018 and is ideally located: it is located at the top of the house, is very sunny and quietly located by car and public transport easily accessible. From the large terrace you can enjoy the wide view over the Surselva, on Obersaxen and down to Ilanz. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen, the more than four meters high living space and the large bathroom offer a lot of comfort and relaxation.

What we appreciate ourselves, we also gladly offer you and your fellow travellers: an entire apartment with the certain extra, in which there is nothing missing for a relaxing stay. Because our accommodation is very well equipped. Spices, oil and vinegar, coffee and tea make arriving easy and convenient and let you start the first day of your holiday comfortably. One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2x90 cm). The second bedroom with a large spring mattress (160cm) has direct access to the balcony. A ladder leads to the gallery, where there is the third double bed, which is also 160cm tall. In the living area, the large sofa bed offers another accommodation (140cm).

The large bathroom is equipped with shower, tub and bidet as well as a washing machine with tumbler function. The open kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher is fully equipped and caters to every need. On cold days, you can warm up at the fireplace.

The house is very quiet and yet in village surroundings. The trail is very close. Some restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy your aperitif in the beautiful garden of Hotel Ucliva in summer. Or start your hike right on your doorstep. The bus will bring you in minutes to the valley station of the chairlift, which will take you to over 2300 meters. Beautiful mountain hikes await you there. The surrounding area is also ideally suited for excursions by e-bike, whether as a couple or family. It has the right tours for everyone. For active bikers, there are plenty of trails in the area.
