Private Guest Suite in the Heart of Colwood
Centrally located in Colwood, just a 20-minute walk to Hatley Castle and Royal Roads University, this bright and cozy studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

It features a private entrance, a secluded patio, and a kitchenette with a bar fridge. The modern bathroom boasts a rainfall shower. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a warm, inviting space.

An in-suite washer and dryer are available for extended stays.

The space
This is a great space. We are conveniently located in Greater Victoria. It is the ideal location to explore all that Vancouver Island has to offer—walking distance to Royal Roads University, Hatley Castle, and the Galloping Goose Trail. Access to BC transit is very close, coming and going.
The flex suite has a queen-sized Murphy bed. When it’s stored, it converts a living room with lots of windows. You have Wi-Fi, cable TV, and Netflix. Walk-in shower with rain head. Also, your own washer and dryer. Your own private fence patio with a table and two chairs. There are four stairs to climb to the suite. Free street parking only.

Transportation & Tours
Pick-up and drop-off can be arranged from the ferry terminal, airport, or anywhere on the island for an additional fee. Transportation is provided in a Honda Pilot Touring or equivalent. Guests can also enjoy discounted tours through my company, Victoria Zero Emission Tours.

Overnight guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Quiet hours: Please be mindful when entering or exiting the townhouse in the evening, as a tenant resides in the ground-floor suite.
No shoes past the entrance.
No parties.
No smoking (of any kind), illegal drugs, or unlawful activity.
