Located on the 5th floor this oceanfront beautiful fully furnished 2-bed/1-bath condo has spectacular views, far better than lower floors. You'll also appreciate being far above traffic on the street. Located next door to the Ashworth hotel and walking distance from restaurants, Hampton Beach Casino and much more. Your oceanfront private balcony is the perfect place to relax.

The space
Open concept kitchen and living room with beautiful views of the ocean and the beach. Smart TV, and open space concept the kitchen and breakfast bar, makes to prepare your meals and relax. Your oceanfront balcony has outdoor furniture where you can sit, enjoy a morning coffee with sunrise or a sunset drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, utensils, and pantry basics such as, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. Paper towels, dishwashing soap, and cleaning basics are there for your convenience. There are two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds. Both have closet space for hanging clothes. Linens and pillows are also provided. Parking: Parking is private and there is one dedicated parking spot with the condo.
