Like a ' cottege' , the turquoise door is a cool small apartement inside an a wonderful old court .
It's a magical place were lives a lot of artist . You can feel the magical 'sound' all around you.
The position is strategic.

A wonderful location near the canals and close to the metro! We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every aspect of the apartment.

Very nice little countryside house not far from the city center. Easy to reach the Metro station and walkable to Navigli. Haven't had the chance to meet the hosts but very responsive and welcoming!

I stayed four days at the tourquise door, which is a little laid back in an old yard with other flats. It's a lovely little cottage, perfect for a trip for two people. The Romolo station and several supermarkets are in walking distance of 5 minutes, from the metro station it's just 10 minutes to the metro station at the dome. But I can also recommend the rental bike system of Milano (check the app), one rental station is also in walking distance. Although we did not meet in person, the communication and check-in worked out perfectly. I can definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Milano!

My daughter and I loved staying here. A lovely cold bottle of wine greated us when we arrived. It is a sanctuary at the end of a busy day. A quiet enclave. Close to the Navigli (canals in Milan!), easy to get anywhere as the metro is very close. We even had a friendly cat great us each day when we came home.

The Turquoise Door is a lovely little flat a little outside the center of Milan but close to a metro that takes you through the center and stright to the Central Station. The building is an old italian townhouse with a main entrance into a very pretty courtyard, and the big house has been separated into apartments. The flat itself is just as pretty, and has everything we needed for a few days visiting Milan. While we found it difficult to get to the first time (in large part because we had forgotten to write down the information the hosts sent us beforehand), we really enjoyed our stay there.

If you get the chance you should definitely stay here! The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely leafy courtyard. We had a really relaxing time and enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay longer. The location is great, close to a big supermarket, metro stop and bars and cafes near the canal. Plus the flat has everything you need including a fan which was great because it was quite hot when we visited Milan. Lorenzo was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and was flexible with the check out time which was really appreciated. There was also a bottle of wine waiting for us. Thanks so much Lorenzo !!

It's a cosy residence for singles or couples. Not far from the metro station, so you can return to the calm after a day in the crowded city centre. You can choose to cook at home because there's a supermarket within a 5 min walk. However, you can go out for dinner in the neighbourhood as well.

Lorenzo User ProfileLorenzo is a superhost.

I'm a happy 45 years man, I live with my wife and my daughter in a really nice house in Milan. We like travelling very much, in fact every year we go on holiday in a different place. Last year we went to the USA, this year we'll go to Spain. We love every kind of food, our favourite ones are japoneese, thai and indian food. We don't have a favourite genre of music, all music is beatiful, music is life. My job often takes me to be away from home, because I'm a sales manager, but as soon as I can, I practice my favorite hobby: cooking for friends.
My life motto is "Smile, it's a beatiful day". In italian it sounds like "Sorridi, è una bella giornata".
