As advertised -- small, 4th story walk-up studio with basic furnishings. Pascal is great! (very communicative and accommodating).

Our stay was great. The stairs were very very steep but the rooftop access was a bonus. The tram stop was very close and an easy way to get into the city center (FYI tram to Pascals goes from center - not the central station). We enjoyed the Xbox and the wifi was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was helpful at any time. The apartment is perfect for a couple. And the rooftop terrace is a special highlight.

We had a great time in Pascal's apartment! It is as beautiful as the photos and very clean! The rooftop is awesome and so is the neighborhood which is full of locals! So it was an even better experience of Amsterdam! Very easy to get to the center and the way to get there is very beautiful by walk or bike! Thanks again for everything Pascal!

Pascal was really nice and preventive, providing us with all information needed regarding the appartment. The appartment is bright and pleasant to stay with all necessary furnitures. It is not right in the center of Amsterdam but very close with transport (which are 3-5 min walk) and actually it is really enjoyable to be in a quiet place rather than in the center (+we found really nice and good places to eat around the flat).

Pascal made us feel very welcomed at his place. The apartment is light-footed, hip and cosy at the same time (and perfectly clean as well). We enjoyed the sundown at the roof terrace with an awesome view above the "Indische Buurt", which seems to be a really upcoming district. However, its very close the city centre and easily reached by foot or bike (a tram and train station is around the corner too). Thanks!
