The apartment is in downtown and it's convenient to go most of attractions in Montreal.

Benoits friend Adrian was very accommodating and flexible with our check in and out. He made sure we had everything we needed, and was very fast at replying to messages when we needed anything. The neighborhood was very nice with restaurants and small shops very close by. Definitely would stay here again next time I'm in Montreal! Also, the view from the balcony was amazing.

Ben's friend Adrian was there to allow us to check in really early in the morning during our stay. The place was in a good location within walking distance to a number of locations. There is also a good number of restaurants and shops near the place. (If you have a chance, check out Schwartz's Deli) The place doesn't include numerous towels, so make sure to bring some. Simple toiletries were also not available, so bring your own. Also it isn't air conditioned in the main living area, so it can get steamy. The bedroom is air conditioned so you do get some relief there. The bathroom was okay: the toilet gave us some issues and we weren't too sure of the bathtub. Overall, the place was convenient for our travels and pretty cheap, so we can't complain.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for a short weekend in Montreal. Close to things and easy to access. Would stay here again! Thanks!

Bens friend Adrien was there to meet us. We showed up 2 hours late and he waited for us which was nice. I didn't know there was so much construction and traffic. So he gave us a key showed us how to lock the door and left not much was said. The privacy screen was missing some of the white squares so my mother in law didn't have any privacy in the living room. The bathroom has no privacy locks. Shower head isn't the greatest. Finding parking is horrible. You need permits for every block around the apartment.  Paid for parking at one of the private lots behind the building $23 for the night. The view was amazing. Walking distance to a bunch of different stores. 1 block away is a restaurant called Amelias highly recommend going there. Regardless of any negativity it was a nice stay and it was clean. It was really close to old port montreal which was amazing. You could walk there or bike.

Bonoit's Place was a great find. We didn't meet him personally, but his friend Adrian made us feel very welcome, and showed us what we needed to know about the apartment. Would definitely come back !

Fabulous location. St-Laurent Blvd is just two block away and (nearly) all the food choices one could possibly want are represented. Beautiful residential street was well-lighted at night and felt very safe. Room was spartan but effectively furnished and bed in bedroom was quite comfortable. Our contact point was great with communication (as was our host), and the secure building was another level of safety. Overall a great stay and would definitely return.
