Great location!!! Newer custom designed home in the Wildernest Subdivision 2 miles from town. 5 levels of living space provide guests more privacy. A large main living area accommodates everyone in an open space which includes the kitchen, living, dining, desk for computer, and large stone fireplace. Smart TV and wifi.

The dining table for 12. Fully equipped kitchen and deck with private hot tub. 4 bedrooms with king bed, private bath and a smart TV. Bunkbed room and full bath.

The space
We are located central to the ski resorts - Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Vail. We are on a bus route and only two miles from shops and restaurants. We designed our home so that our guests have bedrooms and bathrooms on their own levels. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are one large open area. Great for family to gather together.

Guest access
The entire house is accessible, except for two locked owners closets.

Other things to note
the hot tub is serviced by a professional hot tub company. They service the hot tub before and after each stay, and in between for stays of greater than 4 nights. the plow service will plow the driveway (if accessible) after 3 inches of snowfall.

Neighbourhood highlights

Our neighborhood is two miles up Buffalo Mountain from the shops in Silverthorne. There is a sidewalk you can use if you prefer walking, but the walk home is not as easy as the walk to town as it is all uphill. The roads are paved and plowed, so a 4-wheeler is not necessary. There are trails in the forest throughout the neighborhood, and Lake Dillon is about 3 miles away.
