Situated on a quiet private road, the property is clean, nice, comfortable and spacious with all amenity needed for a restful stay after sight seeing or business. Property is minutes to Puget Sound and Steel Lake. Minutes to and easy access to major highway and interstate free ways. 1.5 miles to Federal Way down town. Between 1.5 to 4 miles to all major shopping, mall, theater, and restaurants of big Federal Way city. There are cameras around the house external to the living space.

The entire big house is divided into 3 separate sections/listings. Each listing has its own entrance and own space. This property listing - Chosen - is on the right lower floor. except for the laundry room, there is no sharing space between the 3 listings, unless the adjacent listing is also booked.
