This gorgeous one room cottage sits at the top of the main property-our wedding couple's favorite. Relax on your private deck. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee, unwinding with a glass of wine, or stargazing under clear Catskill Mountain skies. Experience the serenity of nature. Private driveway allows you to pull right up to your cottage. Features a sitting area with a comfortable couch, a Keurig, compact mini-fridge, custom-tile bathroom, oversized shower, radiant heating.

The space
All room rates include Resort Amenities, such as year-round heated pool (subject to facility hours of operation), facility-wide fiber WiFi, Tesla charging station, Café (with complimentary coffee/teas/cappuccino/hot chocolate station, board games and fireplace), parking, seasonal nature trails, seasonal disc golf and seasonal walks along the Esopus Creek.

Just 15 minutes from Belleayre Mountain Ski Center, 3 miles from Giant Ledge hiking trail.

- Accommodations will be ready for check-in at 3pm
- Park in Full Moon Resort main lot walk to Valley View House. An envelope containing your key and directions to your accommodations will be on the front porch. The front desk will be open until 5pm to answer any questions.

DURING YOUR STAY
- After hours the Overnight Manager can be reached via pager & radio located on Valley View front porch

- 11am, thank you for your cooperation
- Please return your key to the front desk when checking out

- Parties, events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property at any time. NO additional visitors or unapproved guests are permitted. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

- For king beds, we employ a system of “Bed Combining” of two twins, which includes a hotel industry standard ratchet strap system with a joining pad down the middle and king size mattress cover on top for guest comfort.
- Housekeeping Services are not available during your stay
- Please keep accommodations clean and orderly
- If you need additional linen or towels, notify Tia, Corinne, or Janet at the front desk

TRASH
- Trash pick-up every day at 11am
- Place garbage outside your door by 11am daily
- Self-service garbage trailer located in gray barn behind Valley View House
