Studio Condo, great location on a secluded Island Canal leading to Lake Padre and the Gulf of Mexico.
The studio has a queen size bed and futon. Full kitchen and bathroom. WiFi internet, cable.
Nice swimming pool, Fishing Dock, grill and laundry onsite. Walking distance to beaches and Ellis Seawall. Driving and parking on the beach is available 24hours a day! Parking in an assigned spot inside the complex.
WiFi internet also on common areas.

The space
Nice and cozy studio, ideal to visit the island and it beaches. If you like to fish, enjoy the property deck on the canal or enjoy a barbecue in the common grill in the back yard. Nice swimming pool, surrounded by green areas and tables to enjoy a sunny day launching around if you don’t feel like exploring that day. Balcony in the back is perfect to watch the sunset.
The studio is fully furnished and equipped with the necessary to stay in.
