The space
Our guest house offers complete privacy and comfort. With designated off-street parking and self-check-in, you can arrive anytime after 3pm (or earlier by prior arrangement). We're here to help if you need us, but otherwise, you'll have the place to yourself, you'll feel right at home in your own private oasis.

Get ready to embark on an adventure like no other! Your perfect starting point to explore all that Kapiti Island has to offer. Just steps away from the ferry departure zone, you can easily hop on board and discover the wonders of our world-class bird sanctuary and native bush walks.

But that's not all – the Kapiti Escarpment Walk and other fabulous nature and bird watching walks are also close by. And for golf enthusiasts, the magnificent Paraparaumu Golf Club is just a short stroll around the corner.

Foodies will delight in the abundance of local produce available for visitors. Check out Tuatara Brewery, Kapiti cheese, Waikanae Crab, Limencello, Olives groves, and more. And don't miss the Saturday farmers' market for delicious breakfast treats, fresh produce, and artisanal goods.

Kapiti is a little gem for foodies, nature lovers and sporty people We offer a world class golf course, the Escarpment Walk, native bush walks, fishing and boat launch, sailing, wind surfing, mountain biking, cycleways all within close proximity to our property, how lucky are we!

Kapiti Island is a tranquil island bird sanctuary and one of New Zealand’s most accessible nature reserves. It's a unique visitor experience in a predator-free paradise, there is also a renowned bird watching estuary at the end of our street.

Foodies can explore vineyards, olive groves, many weekend markets, local artisan producers of limoncello, gin, pickles, preserves, fish & meat products, Waikanae Crab, Tuatara Brewery, Bens Bakery, Ruth Pretty Cooking School. We are also located a 3 minute stroll from almost every cafe or dinner option you could desire, Italian,Thai, Indian, Chinese, Fish & Chips, Euro, Vegan cafes, Sushi, Turkish, Cafes, Ice creameries, Purebread Organics Bakery.
