The first floor will be dedicated to you. It has three bedrooms (5 beds in total), a bathroom and a toilet.
1st bedroom: 160 cm bed on the floor
2nd bedroom: 140 cm bed on the floor and 130 cm bed on the mezzanine
3rd bedroom: 140 cm bed on the floor + 130 cm bed on mezzanine
My own bedroom, toilet and bathroom are in another wing of the house.
The kitchen is shared between you and me in a respectful use, e.g. do not leave all day leaving the sink filled with dirty dishes.

The space
The quietness of the countryside just 10 km from Marseille. The floor of the bastide is entirely dedicated to guests: its three bedrooms, the toilet and the bathroom.
So even if I live on site, your group will be able to come and go as they wish throughout the floor including your rooms; access to the kitchen and the outside. (Garden, dining areas, swimming pool...) My presence on site guarantees that you do not have to water the flowers or maintain the pool, I take care of all this.
Cars can park inside the property (with automatic gate) which ensures their safety.
The fact that I live on site does not relieve guests from managing their own garbage, and also thank you for not leaving the garden overrun with papers, used kleenex, empty cans, etc.

Guest access
The location of this vacation spot allows access to Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, the beaches and coves of Cassis or La Ciotat, the Provencal hinterland, etc.; you can easily travel to visit the area, before returning to comfortable rooms in a friendly and quiet place. The kitchen is available for breakfast, and you can use it occasionally to prepare a simple meal. The spirit of the place is that of a friendly stopover for travelers who come to discover the region, enjoy Provence, the sea, etc. If you are looking for a place to cook every day for lunch and dinner and spend the whole day on site, this will not be suitable for this type of stay.

I provide bath towels, remember to bring towels for the pool or for the sea. House linen cannot be taken to the beach or pool, as both the sun and chlorine discolor them.

IMPORTANT: I do not host groups with more than four children or minors.

Cats on site. You have to remember to keep the doors of the rooms closed when the group leaves the floor to prevent a cat from entering a room, leaving hair, etc. I try to prevent them from entering the house but hey, summer = all doors open overlooking the garden, it's difficult for any cat not to enter; so it's safer to close the doors of the guest rooms to protect them :-)

Neighbourhood highlights

Allauch is a lovely typical Provençal village. My house, located 1 km from the center of the village, is a large family house with thick walls limiting the effects of summer heat, and very protected from traffic noises because the garden is large (6,500 m²) and surrounded by other private properties. The windows of all rooms are equipped with double glazing.
Very quiet, green, wooded area, to say the countryside, although just 10 km from downtown Marseille.
At the top of the path (400 m) is a pizzeria restaurant, tabac, pharmacy, and a bus stop that takes you to the Marseille metro. (For car-free guests.)
Usual shops (supermarket, organic store, bakery, banks with ATM, etc.) are about 1 km away.
