"Cornerstone" is a historic property located 1 block off of mansion row, Bellevue Ave. It is 3 blocks to The Breakers & Cliff Walk. Rosecliff, Marble House and others are just a few blocks away. The Garden Unit sleeps 3 and has a private entrance, its own courtyard w/seating. Bailey's beach is ~3/4 mile, Rovenskey Park ~1/2 mile. Thames Street is walking distance. Fort Adams is a 5 min drive. The 1BR 1BA Unit was just renovated with new furnishings, kitchen, granite, stainless appliances.

The space
Live among the mansions in Cornerstone. The property is 1 block off of Bellvue Ave, 3 blocks from the Breakers, it is in very close walking distance to all of the mansions. It is 3 blocks from Cliff Walk, and 2 - 3 blocks to Salve Regina College. Bailey's Beach, Rovinsky Park, Morton Park and Thames Street shops & restaurants are all within a 5-12 min walk.

The bedroom has two queen beds, desk and comfy chair. The large eat in kitchen has an open floor plan that flows into the living space. The private courtyard has 4 chairs and a table. The Garden unit is full of sunlight with windows in every room.

The property was just fully renovated. Everything is new, from the walls, to the floors, cabinets, appliances, furniture, etc. It is bright and sunny.

It has a private, separate entrance and free parking. It is located in an upscale, family friendly, neighborhood.

Parking is available on-site. Please be respectful of neighbors. We request that there be no loud parties, music, or other loud noises that will disturb other guests and neighbors. Thank you for being considerate of others.

The house is equipped with linens, towels, pots & pans, refrigerator, coffee pot. You will need any consumable items. There is shopping nearby. Stop & Shop on Bellevue Ave is less than 1 mile away and there is also a convenience store nearby called Ash Mart. Larger stores like Walmart and other grocery stores are a little further out.
