At Cadora Woods Glamping our beautiful hand-built yurt sits in the heart of Wye Valley AONB. The setting is incredibly peaceful with amazing views & fantastic walks on the doorstep. The yurt has a kingsize bed, duvet & bedding, towels, 2 chairs, a wood burning stove . Outside you have a table, chairs & bbq. You also have a private bathroom (just for your yurt), a kitchen with gas stove and fridge, and board games

The space
There are just 3 structures on our 10 acre plot, each sleeping 2. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom has mains electricity. The yurt is powered by solar to provide lights. We provide lockable indoor storage for bikes and full details of local walks, cycle paths, things to do and places to eat. Everything has been hand crafted using a mixture of new and upcycled materials to create a unique setting.

Guest access
The yurt is just for you. You also have your own spacious bathroom which was built in 2021 and includes a shower, sink and toilet. There is a kitchens (inside and outside) are shared with two other structures (each sleeping 2). Within the kitchen each set of guests has its own cooking utensils and crockery.

Other things to note
We provide you food essentials including oil and condiments. We also provide all the essentials for a lovely cereal breakfast except milk. We welcome well behaved dogs (one per couple).

Neighbourhood highlights

The yurt is located in a really beautiful part of country with loads of walks on our doorstep. If you fancy a pub lunch there are 4 within 1-1.5 hours walk. Slightly further, but still within easy reach, is the beautiful Forest of Dean which offers lots of walks and mountain bike tracks. There is also excellent rock climbing in the area and paddling on the Wye River.

After years of living in the city and taking time off to travel whenever funds allowed, my girlfriend and I moved to the Wye Valley for a new way of life. We live here with our young daughter and have created a glamping site so we can share our beautiful surroundings with others. I love walking, mountain biking, building things, new adventures and generally spending time outdoors,
